MB-1 - Modular DDU Bracket

A beautifully crafted modular bracket, designed for mounting to most common force feedback units, sim rigs and dash display devices.

 

Machined from billet aluminium, Simutec present an ultra-high quality modular mounting bracket, which is usable for not just the stunning Simutec SDU-2, but also other DDU’s on the market.

 

With its clever “under and over design”, it allows it to be mounted to the FFB hanger bolts on your sim rig - which would normally be hidden by a low standing monitor or screen.

 

The MB-1 feature two ranges of Y axis adjustment and one in the Z axis. The first Y AXIS features 4 positional height settings, allowing you to firmly fix the bracket in the chosen Y position.

 

A choice of 3 options for slider profile lengths are available. These sliders being the desired Z axis adjustment distance. The options ranging from 100mm extension up to 150mm extension (custom options available).

 

The last piece of the bracket is the dash display mount itself - this sits on the sliders, therefore allowing full range of movement in the Z axis (forward and back). Our O ring design will stop the dash from simply falling off the end of the sliders and with the use of our integrated grub screws, the bracket can be secured in place.

 

A final range of movement is the second range of Y axis adjustment, this one being an easy adjustment to control the relative seating position of your dash display.
